All offers made by Suvish are non-binding and may be withdrawn at any time, unless explicitly confirmed otherwise by Suvish in writing. Any written modifications made by Suvish will constitute a new offer, thereby automatically cancelling the previous one. Any changes proposed by the Customer to an offer from Suvish will be considered a new offer from the Customer, which Suvish reserves the right to accept or reject at its sole discretion. An offer shall only be deemed accepted by Suvish if such acceptance is provided in writing.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all samples, colors, drawings, models, figures, dimensions, weights, or any other specifications of Products are provided as estimates only, although Suvish will make every effort to ensure their accuracy. Minor variations, especially in color shades, shall not be regarded as a Product defect. Product configurations and pricing are subject to change at any time. Suvish reserves the right to update price lists, brochures, quotations, printed materials, or any other documentation at its discretion.

All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, levies, fees, or similar charges imposed on either Suvish or the Customer by any taxing authority (excluding taxes on Suvish's income). The Customer shall be responsible for such charges unless a valid resale or exemption certificate applicable to the delivery location is provided. In the event of changes in legislation that impose a new, non-recoverable tax or duty resulting in increased delivery costs for Suvish, the company reserves the right to adjust its prices accordingly, including retroactively.
